Pimping isn’t exclusive to men. Professionals in this field rarely suspect girls to be recruiting and some female recruiters benefit from this. Several environments being inaccessible to adult male recruiters, girls will create friendships with the ones they wish to recrute¹. In one study, 25% of women claimed to have been recruited by a woman².
